At Inspire Early Learning we utilise Xplor as our online booking system. After enrolling at Inspire Early Learning Warriewood, you will receive an email inviting you to Xplor, and prompting you to create an account using your email address and password. Through Xplor, you will have access to your child’s profile and all information associated with their profile. You will also be able to access your child’s digital CWA and your financial account statement. Using Xplor, you can also request for casual days, mark your child as absent, and also mark of an upcoming holiday.

If you are already enrolled at Inspire, you can sign in to request casual days, mark your child absent, add additional pick-up authorities, access your child’s digital CWA and also access your financial account statement.

FAQ

Please note that in order to make a new permanent booking or change your exisitng permanent booking, you will need to contact Head Office on 1300 665 275.

On the Xplor app, you can request for additional days and notify the service of an absence, upcoming holiday, late drop off or late pickup. To do any of this, follow the steps below:

  1. In the app, swipe right to access the menu and click “Bookings”
  2. If you have multiple children, tap the child whose bookings you woulf like to view
  3. If a booking exists, you will be able to view details of the booking by clicking on the day on the calender
  4. Tap on the “+” button at the top right corner to request for a casual day or notify the service of an absence, holiday, late pickup or late drop off.

Please note that adding a booking event, such as adding a casual day doesn’t automatically mean that you are booked. Bookings will be confirmed by our Head Office team.

  1. Log in to web.myxplor.com using the Primary Carer’s account. If you do not know who the primary carer is, please contact us on 1300 665 275
  2. Click on “CCS Agreements” from the left-hand side menu
  3. Check through the bookings and the fees. If these are correct, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Accept”

Please consider the following if you are having issues accessing the CWA:

  • Ensure you are using a computer, Google Chrome as the web browser and the primary carers account
  • If you can still not access your CWA, please contact us on 1300 665 275 and we will contact Xplor Support and get the issue fixed

 

 

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://web.myxplor.com/
  2. Click the “Forgot Password” link
  3. Enter your email address and and click “Submit”

Alternatively, you can contact us on 1300 665 275 and we will sent through a Password Recovery email to your email address.

Your account can be accessed through your Xplor app or by logging in online through https://web.myxplor.com/

1. Log into the Xplor app

2. Tap on the Payments tab

3. Your previous statements will appear on the screen

4. If you wanted to generate a statement history, please tap on “Statement History” in blue (top right-hand side). This will direct you to a page where you will need to verify your login credentials and once you have, your transactions will appear

 

Xplor Home

1. Log in through https:/web.myxplor.com/

2. Click on Accounts

3. Enter the start and end date you would like to generate for the statement period

4. Your statement will now be generated. You can the email this or download it as a PDF

The Xplor HUB is available on the ipads at the centre, and is used in signing children in and out. For newly enrolled parents, you will need to create a new PIN on your first day at the centre. To do this:

  1. Access the HUB on the centre ipad
  2. Click on “Parent sign in”
  3. Tap “Set your PIN”. This feature will allow first time users to set up a Hub PIN or reset the Hub PIN if you may have forgotten it.
  4. Enter your Xplor email and password.
  5. Enter your mobile phone number (10 digits with no special characters)
  6. Enter your desired 4 digit PIN (must be only numbers)

Additional pick up and drop off authorities are called Xplorers. The could people like grandparents, baby sitters or emergency contacts who need to be authorised to sign in and out.

In order to add an Xplorer via the App:

  1. Log into your Xplor Care app and tap the settings tab
  2. Your Xplor settings will appear, and in your top right-hand side of the wheel, you will see a rectangular envelope.
  3. Click on the envelope and you will be directed to a screen that says “Invite Xplorer” > Enter details and then click “Add”. This will trigger an invite email to the Xplor who can set up their password, and use their email and password to then sign in and out of the HUB.

In order to add an Xplorer via the Web:

  1. Log into web.myxplor.com
  2. Go to ‘Profile’ > Click the ‘Postcard Icon’ in top right hand corner of the page
  3. Input the required details and press ‘Submit’. This will trigger an email to the new Xplorer
